Designed, Coordinated and Monitored Third Party Validation of the PTC Funds in about 23,000 Primary schools in KP. The study revealed acute capacity issues in transparent utilization of the PTC funds in Schools, no mechanism of expenditure tracking, misappropriations, underutilization of the funds, lacunas in the composition of PTCs and the nexus between Head teacher and Chowkidar/Chairman of PTC.
